Dear Trading Depot, I recently placed an order for 15mm Copper Pipe, brilliant service via the telephone and the instructions were precise and to the point, if the sales person didn't know they asked in order to answer my question. Previous to this order I had placed an order with another web supplier, I will never in a million years ever use these muppets again. The price they quoted wasn't per tube it was per metre and for professional people this may well be the norm, however for someone whom very rarely orders copper tubing it certainly wasn't the norm for me. I wanted 36 tubes and received 12 tubes because the price quoted was per metre not per tube. They certainly didn't receive another order and will never receive any correspondence from me again. The lady on the end of the phone for Trading Depot said it was per tube and when I asked if this could be checked the lady asked someone else and yes it was per tube, still not convinced I placed my order for 26 tubes as I needed to have a sink fitted as well since my original order for 36 tubes. The tubes arrived well packed and no problems for the courier driver to place in the hall, he couldn't do enough to help. Just wanted to congratulate you on a brilliant service and sorry If at times my requests for information seemed long winded but now you know why. I will definitely use your company again, Thank-you. I just want to say how impressed I am with not only your price for the Aqualisa Quartz Thermo shower price (and I did check out other site and our local plumbers merchants), but also the quick delivery. Having found details of your company from a Google search for a Showermate shower pump, I phoned on Friday afternoon 7th October to check availability and delivery. I had a very prompt and courteous reply, being told that you would check availability from your supplier and call me back, which you did within 5 minutes saying it was available from stock. I placed an order on line late on Friday afternoon and the pump was delivered by courier at 08.30 on Tuesday morning. This is first class, excellent service and you also offered the best price from the list of suppliers which I why I decided to place my order with you. I would like to say how impressed I was with the service, both the ease of order and the customer service provided by Emma. I received an email soon after ordering informing me only 10 of the 12 lamps were in stock. And they would follow as soon as possible. Within a few days my order arrived and I found all 12 on the box! Three of the lamps were of a 2-Prong fitting in the decking, which allowed them to be loose. I contacted the company and Emma replied that she would look into it with the manufacturer. A week later and it's all sorted! A 4-Prong fitting is being mailed to fix the problem! Many thanks for this first class customer service and I would certainly recommend this company as a one to do business with.

I was initially unable to find the connector that connects this item to the supply cable. I called and spoke to a young lady (I think she said her name was Theresa) to enquire about this and she tried to find the item. When she could not, she offered to make further enquiries and call me back. As luck would have it, I discovered almost right away that the item comes with a connector so I rang back to save her making unnecessary calls. In this day of poor customer relations making excuses etc for why this or that product is not available it is a pleasure to find a company that has the product in stock and delivers it 'yesterday'.
