The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on the product and which zone we are delivering to.
Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge. All other orders are only £4.95 is our usual standard delivery charge and applies to most mainland UK deliveries.
We despatch most products within 48 hours using DPD, ParcelForce, City Link, Southern Express/Pallet Line or Royal Mail, although some larger items may be delivered directly from the manufacturer/distributor.

We currently send roughly 80% of items via DPD Couriers and we believe they offer value for money, flexibility and reliability. See the short videos below to find out what makes them so good.
Longer Length Items
Orders which contain 2.5m and 3m lengths such as copper tube, trunking, conduit, gutter etc are always despatched on a Next Day service however they can in some circumstances take up to 3 days to be delivered as they are manually handled through the courier network rather than being conveyorised in order to reduce the chance of damage.

By prior arrangement only. Don't want your items delivered straight away? Trying to co-ordinate multiple deliveries? 95% of orders are delivered within 1-3 working days but we can hold your items and deliver on a day of your choosing. Please call us for more details.
Saturday deliveries
By prior arrangement only. Saturday delivery is not currently available as an option when placing an order online. But call us to see if this could be applicable for your order.
Extra charges will apply dependant on the weight and destination of your order.
Please Note: VAT is charged on all delivery charges.
Bank Holiday and Weekend Deliveries
As a general rule our couriers do not deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
Delivery Timescales
If you are working to a specific deadline please call us to check delivery timescales. We do not advise Tradesmen are booked until goods have been safely received and checked.
Checking Goods
ALL deliveries require a signature at the point of delivery. By placing an order with us you agree to our terms and conditions concerning delivery. All goods need to be checked before signing and any damaged items should be refused. Please see our Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy for more information.
