Delivery Information
The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what zone we are delivering to (Please note that we only deliver within the UK)
We divide the UK into 3 different zones and aim to deliver all products within 48 hours using City Link, Pallet Line or Royal Mail Tracked depending on weight of order.
Zone 1: Just £3.50 for any order to Mainland Uk, including Free Picking & Packing.
Covers England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands and includes all postcodes that aren't shown below
Zone 2: £14.95 for any order delivered to a postcode in Zone 2, includes Free Picking & Packing
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Delivery standards are normally 3 working days excluding some outlying areas. Postcodes include IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40 & PH50
Zone 3: £24.95 for any order delivered to a postcode in Zone 3, includes Free Picking & Packing
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes include All HS (Western Isles), IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56 (Skye), KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61, PA62-PA76, PA77, PA78, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, All of ZE postcodes
Important Information regarding City Link deliveries.
Trading Depot will send you an email advising of your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched from us.
If you have not received your parcel within 3 working days of receiving your tracking number, Trading Depot must be notified as a matter of urgency. City Link will not process any claims from us or you after this period.
How to track your order
Order tracking is available on all couriered items. Please
click here to track your parcel with City Link. You will receive this number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
All lightweight items are dispatched using the New Royal Mail Tracked Service and should be delivered within 48 hours.
All items sent on Pallets are delivered with 1-3 days, depending on your location in the country.
Please note: There is a small surcharge of just £6.95 for 3 metre lengths and oversized items/heavy items. There will also be a surcharge when ordering bathroom sanitarywear of just £32. There will also be a surcharge of £30 for items dispatched on pallets.
Please note: that we order a few of our Aqualisa Spares direct from Aqualisa. This therefore may delay delivery times.
