The information provided below relates to the supply of
AquaLusso Steam Cabins,
AquaLusso Steam and Whirlpool Baths and
AquaLusso Shower Cabins. These are large, heavy items and are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. Full details of their delivery service are outlined below.
All deliveries will be made using a dedicated 2 man "white glove" delivery service.

- Option for product unpacking and removal of packaging if required
How It Works
Once we receive an order from yourself, if the item is in stock, your details are input on to the couriers online system which then prompts them contact you to arrange a delivery date which includes the offer of an am or pm delivery slot. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with online tracking information.
If an item is not in stock, we will advise you directly and give you an expected delivery timescale.

On the Delivery Day
On the day of delivery you will receive a call from the drivers approximately 1 hour prior to delivery. Upon arrival at the delivery address the 2 man service will introduce themselves and offer delivery into a room of choice for the customer which includes going upstairs into flats etc. You will also be given the option to have the goods unpacked so that they can be thoroughly checked and the 2 man team will then offer to remove and dispose of the packaging if required.
After Delivery is Made
Once the delivery is complete you will be asked to complete a very simple survey about the delivery and then sign for the goods.
In cases where you do not want to have the goods unpacked at time of delivery a timescale of 7 days is given to inspect the goods and report damages.

Deliveries to mainland UK excluding ALL Scottish locations are delivered Free of charge.
Customers should note that additional delivery charges will be made for deliveries to the following locations:
- Mainland Scotland surcharge £11 + VAT
- Highland of Scotland surcharge £22 + VAT
- 2nd item delivered to same address 50% of the standard rate
- Isle of Wight surcharge £47 + vat
- Scottish Offshore surcharge £60 + VAT
- Ireland (all locations) £60 + VAT
