One way to determine if this cartridge is for your shower is by checking the plastic ring that is located at the front of the cartridge, this ring should be Dark Grey or Black in colour.
The secret of Aqualisa's Thermo showering technology is an ingenious bi-metallic coil. The coil reacts almost immediately to changes in water temperature. So, as hot and water flows into the Thermo shower, the bi-metallic coil is constantly adjusting and re-adjusting its length to maintain a perfect temperature.
Even better, the coil resists the build-up of limescale and as a result, maintains an optimum flow rate.
