Underfloor heating panels for solid or screeded floors. These Polypipe red floor panels are predominately installed in new build or renovation. The unique red floor panels are made from a lightweight plastic which are quick and easy to cut to size. The PB08576 floor panels also fit into each other so can be easily carried or stored.
The Polypipe red floor panels form a simple grid to ensure the fastest possible pipe laying and also provide a precise guide for the pipe, ensuring that the minimum pipe bending radius is acheived.
Red panels
Size: 1200 x 1000mm
Laid above pre-installed insulation and the system includes edge expansion strip to ensure maximum performance and efficiency
Compatible with 15mm, 16mm and 18mm pipe
Can be used with the following floor materials: Sand & cement screed, pumped screed systems, fine or heavy concrete & Polymer modified screeds
Once the screen is poured, the red floor panel will take up 15% of the volume of the screed.
Recommended design flow temperature: 50o
Maximum circuit length: 100m
Minimum bend radius is achieved by encircling 2 castellations for a 90o bend or 3 castellations for a 180o

Product Information
Polypipe red floor panel system offers optimum performance alongside quick and simple installation for solid/screeded floors. The red panels are lightweight and easy to cut to your required size and install. They act as a guide for laying the ultraflexible pipe in the required spacings. It also lifts the pipe slightly off the insulation panels allowing the pipes to be fully enveloped by the screed - this in turn helps better heat penetration and retention of the floor slab once system is running. The Polypipe red panel underfloor heating system can be nested for easy storage and also offer a degree of protection for the pipes after installation - allowing other workmen access to continue working on site until the screed is poured, with a reduced risk of knocking the pipe out position
