Product Information
Polypipe Staple heating system that fits directly onto the insulation layer that is laid before a screed or concrete floor is installed. This a traditional way of installing underfloor heating into a solid/screeded floor. The Polypipe Staple system is a cost effective solution for screeded floors by simply using a staple gun to fix the pipe directly to the insulation boards

Heat output at 50oC water temperature: approx 76 W/M2 at 200mm pipe spacing
Maximum circuit length: 100m
Maximum coverage per circuit: 12m2 at 100mm centres, 22m2 at 200mm centres
Staples should be loaded from the top and secured with plastic weight to ensure staples stay in place.
The plastic skirt should be laid oer the insulation and the outside run of the pipe stapled into the skirt covered insulation to create a seal around the edge of the area.
