Does Trading Depot only supply to the trade?
No, Trading Depot supplies to everybody. Both trade customers and members of the public can place orders on our website for either delivery or collection from our depot in Maidenhead. Any member of the public can check out as a guest or create an account. Trade customers must be logged in to make a trade purchase.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take orders via this method. If you are having issues placing an order, then you can either use the chat function on our website or call us on 01628 760 440 and one of our trained advisers will help guide you through the process.
How long will it take for me to get my goods?
We send out the majority of orders to arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of order. For a more accurate estimate please call Sales on 01628 760 440. Many products are held in stock for fast delivery but some do have to be ordered in especially or come direct from the manufacturer to yourself.
I would prefer to collect my order, is this possible?
Yes. Trading Depot allows orders that have been placed online to be picked up at the collections counter which is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. Please note: (The website may charge delivery but this will be refunded as soon as the item is collected) Click the link to See how it works, and remember to check stock with us first before ordering. Collection needs to be arranged with a member of staff beforehand, please only travel if you know your order will be ready.
Can I come and look round your showroom?
Due to being an online retailer, Trading Depot currently does not have a showroom. All of our products are available to browse on our website, however if you need any more information about any of the products we sell please call Sales on 01628 760 440.
Can I open a credit account facility on the Trading Depot website?
Currently, we do not offer the option to create a credit account. This is a feature we hope to be adding in the future and more news on this will follow shortly.
What does it mean to save my details?
You will have the option to save your details, the first time that you use the site. That way for all future transactions, you just need to enter your username and password and all your details will be populated in the relevant fields.
