No, Trading Depot supplies to everybody. Both trade customers and members of the public can place orders on our website for either delivery or collection, from our depot in Maidenhead. Any member of the public can check out as a guest or create an account with us.

If you are contacting us about a specific order, please ensure you provide us with your order number so we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: for live advice we are open Monday – Friday 8am till 5pm.

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery. Our standard delivery time is 1-2 working days, when the product is showing as in stock. Products showing as available are currently in stock with our supplier. So please give us a call so we can confirm an estimated delivery date for you.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. But sometimes, due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur.

We aim to have as accurate lead times or due dates on the product pages of our website. But sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances these can unfortunately be delayed. We will always do our best to update you, should any delays happen with your order.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will receive further emails once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse team.

We strongly advise that you do not book any trade person’s until your goods have arrived and have been checked for any damage and/or other issues. As we are not liable for any trades person’s costs, consequential loss, or compensation in any way.

Yes. Trading Depot allows orders that have been placed online to be picked up at the collections counter which is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Please remember to check stock with us first before ordering. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please only travel once you have received this email.

Due to being an online retailer, We accept a range of credit and debit card payment options. Including American Express, Visa & MasterCard. We also accept PayPal & Bank Transfer payments.

PLEASE NOTE: Trading Depot do not offer credit accounts.

Due to being an online retailer, Trading Depot currently does not have a showroom. You’ll find us exclusively online, which is why we’re able to offer incredible products at affordable prices.

The range of products we offer are constantly updated and any brochures would be outdated as soon as they are printed. On our website you will find the correct and current product ranges available each with detailed descriptions, images, and further downloadable information (where applicable).

The first time you place an order on our website you will have the option to save your details. That way for all future transactions you just need to enter your username and password and all your details will be populated in the relevant fields.

If you have forgotten your username and password, simply click on the "forgot your password" link in the login box and you will be able to reset a new password.

If you are having trouble login into your account, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies on your browser of choice and then attempting to login again. If you try this and are still having difficulty logging into your account, please call one of our team on 01628 760 440 to assist you further.

Firstly, please ensure you have selected your preferred method of payment. If you have selected credit or debit card, please ensure you have entered all the information required; card number, expiry month & year, and the CVV number (this is the last 3 digits on the back of your card).

Once your payment method is selected and the correct card information is inputted (if you have selected credit or debit card), please select the correct billing information for said order.

After this, please ensure you have read our terms & conditions and ticked the box on the secure checkout page. We also ask you tick the box in agreeing to not book in any tradespersons until your goods have been safely received and checked for any issues and/or damages. Once these two boxes are selected, you will now be able to select the “Place Order” button to complete your transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: checking both boxes confirms you agree to both policies.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver everything on our website to the Channel Islands, but we will always try our best to get it to you.

Alternatively, you can return items back to our warehouse, please ensure you have requested a return before returning to not delay the process when you arrive to return.
