The Grohe BauCosmopolitan E Infra-Red Electronic Basin Mixer has a infrared sensor whcih detects hand movement so water only runs when it’s needed, providing luxury and saving precious water and energy. EcoJoy also limits water flow to 5.7 l/min without compromising performance. Water temperature is adjusted with a small lever on the side of the tap and can be limited with the use of a small enclosed accessory saving energy and cutting the risk of scalding. With less skin contact, it’s also hygienic and very easy to clean. This advanced mixer is simple to install and the pre-settings are optimised for most ceramic washbasins and personal preferences. Cleaning mode is easily activated by covering the bottom of the sensor with a thumb, which temporarily locks the water flow.
