The Rowlinson Garden Office Log Cabin 14x11 is carefully crafted from substantially thick 28mm interlocking timber logs. Supplied in a natural untreated finish, the cabin boasts an array of premium features such as 19mm thick T&G floor, lockable double doors, and toughened glazing throughout the whole building.
As well as these premium features, the Garden Office looks the part; with lovely veranda (which can be left or right facing) and classic apex roof covered with high grade roofing felt. Multiple windows allow light to flood into the interior, they can also be opened to allow fresh air into the inside. The traditional design and quality build makes the garden building ideal to use as a summerhouse, outdoor office, artist studio, or even for storage.

All Rowlinson Garden Products items are delivered direct to the customer from the supplier. Rowlinson will contact you within 3-5 working days of your order being placed to arrange a delivery date.
Rowlinson Garden Products are not available for collection from Trading Depot's warehouse in Maidenhead.

The delivery options on this page relates to this product only and may not be available if other items are added to your basket which are shipped from different suppliers. Only one delivery charge is made per order and the highest will normally take precedence. This is calculated based on the items in your basket at checkout.
DELIVERY WORKING DAYS & BANK HOLIDAYS
Deliveries are generally only made on working days. Working day refers to Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
HOME DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery will be by 1 man, 2 man or Hiab/Forklift depending on product size and weight.
Order / delivery requirements:
- Customers should be made aware that the product is a self-assembly item and will be delivered in kit form.
- Instructions for assembly will be enclosed with the products.
- Delivery to the property will be made to the nearest point that is adjacent to the roadway and clear of obstruction.
- Carriers will not move product around or through the property.
- Our carrier will contact customers by phone prior to delivery to confirm details and agree a delivery date.
- All dates quoted for either delivery or contact are approximate.
- Rowlinson Garden Products will not accept any liability for any delay in delivery for any reason.
- Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday only (No weekend deliveries).
- Delivery times are between 8am and 6 pm. No specific time of day can be given.
Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Rowlinson Garden Products have received written confirmation from the customer that the item can be left without a signature.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
To enable effective delivery the customer must confirm the following;
- Is the address on a made up (Tarmac) road?
- For large items that require hiab/forklift delivery is the road at least 2 lorry widths.
- There must be enough room for a 25ft 7.5t lorry (i.e. the size of a bin lorry or fire engine) to be unloaded.
- Can a lorry park within 6 metres (20 ft) of the property?
- Are there cars parked on both sides of the street and if so, would this cause problems for lorry access?
RETURNS

Returns for this item may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
