Room Packs

The Heating Packs are designed to be used in solid floor applications. The floor insulation material will normally need to be at least 50mmand the pipe is secured to the insulation using floor clips provided. A sand and cement screed of 65mm to 75mm is then laid on top once the pipe is secured. JG Speedfit Underfloor Heating Packs consist of, A Control Unit This is supplied pre-assembled and pre-wired, with integral ball valves to allow for isolation from the primary system, an adjustable blending valve to control the temperature of the water and a high quality 6 metre head circulating pump. Also included is an anti-vibration mounting bracket ensures silent operation Programmable Room Thermostat The new 'JG Aura' thermostat is included in the underfloor heating packs providing individual time and temperature control. Speedfit Barrier Pipe The underfloor heating pipe supplied is lightweight and flexible with an inner barrier to prevent the ingress of air. (Manufactured and Kitemarked to BS7291 Class S.) Note: In areas of high heatloss such as conservatories, additional heating may be needed to achieve comfort levels. A detailed Installation Guide is provided with each unit.
