Trading Depot currently only offer delivery to the UK.
All Global Stone Paving items are delivered direct to the customer from the supplier. Global Stone will contact you within 3-5 working days of your order being placed to arrange a delivery date.
Global Stone Paving items are not available for collection from Trading Depot's warehouse in Maidenhead.

FINAL SHIPPING COST DETAILS
The delivery options on this page relates to this product only and may not be available if other items are added to your basket which are shipped from different suppliers. Only one delivery charge is made per order and the highest will normally take precedence. This is calculated based on the items in your basket at checkout.
DELIVERY WORKING DAYS & BANK HOLIDAYS
Deliveries are generally only made on working days. Working day refers to Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
HOME DELIVERY INFORMATION
- The ground must be even and level (no sloping ground) and cannot be soft (i.e. mud, gravel etc.)
- Enough access for a vehicle (unless a small vehicle is requested the order may be delivered on an artic vehicle)
- The delivery is made on a tail lift vehicle with pump truck unless otherwise specified at the time of order
- Single pallets will be delivered to the closest point to the property. If the property is a private dwelling this may mean on the pavement outside if there is no frontage or access to a driveway. It will be the responsibility of the customer or third party to ensure that the goods will not cause a safety hazard
- The delivery driver WILL NOT UNLOAD MATERIALS OFF THE PALLETS – This is the responsibility of the customer
- If the delivery cannot be made due to the third party not being available to sign for the order, the goods will be returned to the delivery depot and a re-delivery charge will be made at the customer’s expense
- No guarantee can be made to the time of the delivery, but deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm
- Global Stone agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery of goods or complete the services on the date agreed or if no date is agreed then, within a reasonable time from the date of the contract/order
- Goods must be checked thoroughly prior to installation. If you are in anyway unhappy with the goods supplied you must notify the company you purchased the goods from within 48 hours. If the goods are installed it will be deemed you, (the customer), has accepted the goods supplied as being satisfactory and suitable for the project intended
- Trading Depot shall not be liable for any loss or damage however arising directly or indirectly from the failure to deliver the goods or complete the services by any date specified in the contract/order
- Our hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. If orders are received over a weekend/bank holiday the order will not be processed until the following working day
- If any goods arrive damaged/broken, please notify us, providing photographic evidence of the damages. Please also sign and date the POD “DAMAGED” at the time of delivery
RETURNS
We offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy on all goods supplied, subject to a few minor exceptions. Returned products must be in the original packaging. View full details on our returns policy along with how to request a return.
ADMINISTRATION CHARGES
Returns for this item may be subject to an administration charge.
