Solid Floor Systems
The JG Speedfit solid floor systems make use of screed as a heat diffuser. In this kind of system the JG Speedfit pipe is secured within the concrete sub-floor. A variety of screeds can be used with a typically thickness of around 65-75mm for sand-cement types or 40-50mm thickness for liquid pumped screeds.
There are three options for securing the pipe; Floor Panel System, Mounting Rail and Staple Systems. They are all are fast to fit, cost effective, and are readily adapted to cope with irregularly shaped rooms. The clip rails and the floor panels give ready made pipe spacing and can be used over insulation thinner than would be required for staples.Floor coverings are then laid when the screed is fully cured.
