Floor Panel System

There are various fixing systems for Polypipe underfloor heating. This section includes end returns, staples, staple clips, aluminium tape and spreader plates alongside the various underfloor heating panels.

The floor panels available for the various underfloor heating systems include;

Overlay™ panels that are made from heavyweight fibrous materials and are used for floor coverings such as ceramics, or where the floor covering needs to be secured directly to the panel, e.g. solid wood.

Overlay™ Lite and Overlay™ Lite 15 panels both have a high compressive strength and are made from a very lightweight insulated material that can be cut using a sharp knife. The Overlay™ Lite 15 panels are slightly deeper to take a 15mm pipe instead of 12mm for regular Overlay™ and Overlay™ Lite.

The Polypipe underfloor heating floor panels for solid screeded floors are quick and easy to cut to size. Made from lightweight red plastic the floor panels are distinctive in appearance and nest for easy storage and carrying.
