The Velux EFL 0012 slate window flashing is suitable for slates upto 8mm thick and suitable for vertical combinations only. It is used for installing 1 Velux roof window and 1 Velux Vertical element in a sloping combination.
Velux flashings integrate with the roof covering to provide a weather tight finish around the window. They are compatible with any slate upto 8mm thick but not interlocking.

Easy to install
Flashing components overlap to create water tight joints whilst the foam gasket creates a seal between the flashing and the roofing material

leaves and other debris should be removed from any flashing once a year to allow rainwater to run freely
