Velux EFL MK08 0012 Details
The Velux EFL 0012 slate window flashing is suitable for slates upto 8mm thick and suitable for vertical combinations only. It is used for installing 1 Velux roof window and 1 Velux Vertical element in a sloping combination. Velux flashings integrate with the roof covering to provide a weather tight finish around the window. They are compatible with any slate upto 8mm thick but not interlocking.- Suitable for slate up to 8 mm thick
- Compatible with 78x140 roof window and vertical element
- Not suitable for interlocking slate
- External Finish: Grey powder coated aluminium
- For roof pitches from 15 - 55°
- Easy to install
- Flashing components overlap to create water tight joints whilst the foam gasket creates a seal between the flashing and the roofing material
- The construction of the flashings ensures safe drainage of water from the roof above the window
- leaves and other debris should be removed from any flashing once a year to allow rainwater to run freely
